Terms And Conditions

1/ No exchange of ticket(s) will be made under any circumstances and ticket(s) are not transferable. 2/ No refund on ticket(s) will be made under any circumstances except Event Cancellation. 3/ When ordering ticket(s) online the ticket(s) will be emailed to you to the email address you provide during the ordering process. You may print and bring the ticket(s) with you for entry, or you may show the ticket(s) email on your smartphone for entry at the event. The ticket(s) barcode, either on your printed ticket(s) or on your smart phone screen, must be available for our ticket(s) entry team to scan at the gate and exchange for wristbands. 4/ Tickets are sold for the following categories, and the correct ticket must be purchased and shown for entry to the event: Adults (16yrs and over), Children (5yrs to 15yrs), Under 5s (are FREE put still require a ticket). Family tickets are available, these allow entry to 2 x Adults and 2 x Children or 1 x Adults and 3 x Children 5/ Lost ticket(s) will not be accepted. 6/ The resale of ticket(s) is prohibited. Rescue Day reserves the right to cancel any ticket(s) that have been resold. 7/ 10% off promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online between 0001 on Wednesday 1st May 2019 and 23:59 on Friday 12th July 2019. 8/ Online promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a ticket(s) purchased via the Rescue Day website. 9/ £2 off promotion codes are only valid on Saturday 13th July 2019, when purchasing a family ticket on the gate. All other tickets types are excluded. 10/ Rescue Day reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed. 11/ Promotion codes are only valid on specific ticket(s) while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. 12/ Only one promotion code can be used per order and is only valid on Rescue Day entry ticket(s). 13/ Online promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. 14/ The Ticket(s) Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances. 15/ Rescue Day reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. 16/ Rescue Day may add, withdraw or substitute displays and/or vary advertised programme, event times and capacity without prior notice. 17/ Rescue Day may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control. 18/ The Ticket(s) Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. 19/ Information is collected from those registering with Ticket(s) Tailor in order to facilitate ticket(s) purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions. 20/ Purchasers of ticket(s) who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing ticket(s)/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use. 21/ Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. 22/ Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Rescue Day Executive Committee. 23/ Rescue Day reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
